Who is Zirca Luxe?

Zirca Luxe is a woman-owned jewelry brand founded by Neha Bharadwaj and based in Wilmington, Massachusetts. We curate CZ (cubic zirconia), moissanite, Kundan, Polki, and sterling silver jewelry inspired by the rich jewelry traditions and artisan heritage of Udaipur, Rajasthan — and designed for women who want to feel elegant and unforgettable at every occasion.

Every piece in our collection is personally selected by Neha. If it doesn't meet her standard for beauty, quality, and wearability — it doesn't make the cut.

Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?

We are based in Wilmington, Massachusetts. Zirca Luxe is an online-only store — we do not have a permanent retail location. However, we regularly participate in vendor shows, fashion showcases, and community events across New England. What is cubic zirconia (CZ)? Is it real jewelry?

Cubic zirconia is a lab-created crystalline material that closely resembles diamonds in brilliance and clarity. High-quality CZ is optically flawless, extremely hard (8.5 on the Mohs scale), and virtually indistinguishable from a diamond to the naked eye. CZ is a high-quality laboratory-created diamond alternative that offers exceptional brilliance and beauty at an accessible price. It is manufactured with precision and set in real metal alloy settings. The difference from diamond is origin (lab vs. mined), not appearance. Women across the world — including those who can afford diamonds — choose CZ because it lets them have multiple stunning pieces at a fraction of the cost. Zirca Luxe CZ jewelry is curated for cut precision, brilliance, and stone consistency — not all CZ is equal, and ours is held to a high standard.

What is moissanite? How is it different from CZ?

Moissanite is another lab-created gemstone, originally discovered in a meteorite crater by scientist Henri Moissan in 1893. It has more fire (rainbow light dispersion) than a diamond and greater hardness than CZ (9.25 on the Mohs scale). Moissanite tends to sparkle more intensely and at a wider range of angles than CZ. Both are excellent choices. CZ tends to look more like a classic diamond with white brilliance. Moissanite has more colorful, intense fire. The right choice depends on the look you prefer.

What is Kundan jewelry?

Kundan is one of India's oldest and most revered jewelry traditions, originating in the royal courts of Rajasthan and Gujarat. The technique involves setting stones (traditionally uncut gemstones, now often CZ) into refined metal foil on a lac (natural resin) base. The result is jewelry that is densely detailed, rich in texture, and carries centuries of artisan heritage. Our Kundan-inspired pieces honor this tradition using high-quality CZ stones and precision settings that capture the intricate beauty of the original craft — at a price that makes this royal tradition accessible. Many traditional Kundan pieces feature meenakari (hand-painted enamel) on the reverse side — look for it on our traditional sets.

What is Polki jewelry

Polki is a related Indian jewelry tradition that uses uncut, unpolished diamonds (or in modern pieces, uncut-effect CZ) in their natural form. Polki pieces have a warmer, more antique quality than high-shine CZ — they reflect light softly rather than sharply. Polki-inspired jewelry pairs beautifully with ivory, cream, and dusty rose outfit colors.

Is your jewelry gold or silver? Is it solid gold?

Our jewelry is crafted in high-quality gold-tone and silver-tone metal alloys — not solid gold or solid silver. Solid gold and solid silver jewelry at our price point is not possible; what we offer instead is beautifully finished base metal with decorative plating designed to maintain its appearance when properly cared for. We do carry a sterling silver collection (marked 925 Sterling Silver) which is genuine sterling silver — a high-quality alloy of 92.5% pure silver. Always check the product listing for specific metal details. Our product descriptions clearly state the metal type and finish.

Is your jewelry nickel-free? Safe for sensitive skin?

Many of our pieces are represented by their manufacturers or suppliers as nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. However, Zirca Luxe does not independently test every product batch, and individual sensitivities vary. If you have known metal allergies — particularly to nickel — we recommend checking the specific product listing or contacting us before purchasing. Our sterling silver collection (925) is a safer choice for most sensitive skin types. If you experience any skin irritation, discontinue wearing the piece and contact us at zircaluxe@gmail.com.

Do your necklace sets include earrings?

What is your price range?

Most Zirca Luxe pieces range from $10 to $200. Our everyday and classic styles tend to fall in the $10–$60 range, while our statement, bridal, and full sets range from $60–$200. We believe exceptional jewelry should not require exceptional spending.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Your order is confirmed as soon as payment processes — you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, but please contact us at zircaluxe@gmail.com or (978) 201-1346 as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy in that case.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes! If you'd like your order gift-wrapped or would like a personal message included, please note it in the order comments at checkout or email us at zircaluxe@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We love helping make moments special.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders for events?

We do take custom bulk inquiries for weddings, bridesmaids sets, corporate gifting, and event vendor needs. Please email zircaluxe@gmail.com with the quantity, style preferences, and timeline. We will do our best to accommodate.

Are your prices in USD?

Yes, all prices on our Shopify store are in US dollars (USD). We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress directly with the carrier.

What if my package is lost or delayed in transit?

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please first check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at zircaluxe@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Zirca Luxe is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or packages that are lost after confirmed delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry — that is never the experience we want for you. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at zircaluxe@gmail.com with: (1) your order number, (2) a clear photo of the damaged item, and (3) a photo of the packaging. We will review and resolve the issue promptly. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Our warranty covers items that arrive damaged or broken — not damage that occurs after the item has been received and worn.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Zirca Luxe is an exchange-first store. Our standard policy offers product exchanges and store credit. Monetary refunds are only issued in cases where the fault is ours — items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. How do I start an exchange?

To initiate an exchange: (1) Email zircaluxe@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. (2) Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and the reason. (3) We will review and send you return instructions. (4) Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or store credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Zirca Luxe is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

What items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit: earrings (for hygiene reasons), items marked 'Final Sale' at time of purchase, customized or personalized items, items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery, and items returned without original packaging.

How long does store credit last?

Store credit does not expire in states where expiration is prohibited by law. In all other states, store credit is valid for five (5) years from the date of issue. Store credit can be used on any Zirca Luxe purchase.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize for the error. Please email zircaluxe@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will arrange a correct replacement and a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no cost to you.

Can I return a gift?

If you received a Zirca Luxe item as a gift and would like to exchange it, please email us at zircaluxe@gmail.com. Let us know the order number (if you have it) and the item you received. We will do our best to help you find something you love.

How do I care for my Zirca Luxe jewelry?

A little care goes a long way. Here are the habits that keep your pieces looking their best: Store pieces separately in soft pouches or compartments to prevent scratching; wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue; put jewelry on last — after perfume, hairspray, and makeup — to protect stones; remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or doing dishes; keep away from household chemicals, chlorine, and saltwater. Well-cared-for CZ jewelry can maintain its brilliance for years.

How do I clean my CZ jewelry?

For routine cleaning: use a soft toothbrush with mild dish soap and warm water. Gently scrub the stones and setting, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and pat dry with a soft lint-free cloth. Let air dry completely before storing. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and steam cleaning — these can loosen stone settings.

Why has my jewelry tarnished? Can it be fixed?

Metal alloy jewelry can tarnish over time when exposed to moisture, body oils, perfumes, and air. This is normal and does not indicate a quality defect. To slow tarnishing: store in an airtight pouch, keep dry, and wipe after wearing. Light tarnish can often be buffed away gently with a jewelry polishing cloth. Gold-tone and silver-tone finishes are surface plating. Heavy abrasion or prolonged chemical exposure can wear plating faster.

Is it safe to wear Zirca Luxe jewelry every day?

Our classic and everyday styles are designed for regular wear. Statement and bridal pieces are designed for occasions — repeated daily wear may accelerate normal wear on the finish or settings. We recommend reserving heavier pieces for their intended occasions and rotating your everyday styles to extend their life.

Is Zirca Luxe jewelry safe for children?

Our jewelry is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Small stones and components pose a choking hazard. Keep all jewelry out of reach of young children.

Absolutely — and this is one of our favorite things to talk about.
