Every Zirca Luxe order ships from Massachusetts, USA. We take care packing every piece so it arrives safely and ready to wear -- or gift.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) at this time. Orders placed with addresses outside our shipping zone will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Free shipping applies to standard orders to the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may incur a small additional carrier surcharge displayed at checkout.


Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (Diwali, holiday season, Valentine's Day), processing may take up to 3 business days. We'll notify you by email if there is any delay on your order.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Zirca Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at zircaluxe@gmail.com.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address. Zirca Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Zirca Luxe's shipping responsibility is fulfilled. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:

  • Check around your delivery location -- porches, mailrooms, with neighbors or building staff
  • Wait 24 hours -- carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a trace
  • Reach out to us at zircaluxe@gmail.com -- we will do our best to assist with a carrier claim

Zirca Luxe is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received, including packages stolen after delivery (porch piracy). We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value orders, available at checkout.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zircaluxe@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the original packaging and any visible shipping damage

Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photos cannot be honored. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details on damaged item remedies.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order without penalty within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been packed or shipped. Contact us immediately at zircaluxe@gmail.com or call (978) 201-1346. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
